We, the fifteen are leaders

Anna Bergholtz and Dominic Williams in conversation about how society can benefit (and be more efficient and productive) from diversity, inclusion and accessibility. Is there a need for considering disabled people as a homogenous group within culture or business? A target market, a niche group of artistic producers? Is it possible to think about a new perspective as a new product meant to bring economic resources to the producer? When we engage with people with visible or invisible disabilities in projects, is it an activity or a job?. What ethical issues appear if we pay everyone in an equal way?
